Hey man it’d be great if I can get a reply from you.

I’m trying to find the best protein powder to fit me but after days of research the only thing I got is massive confusion. Here is the situation. I’m 18 years. Weight 122. Naturally ripped but it’s hard for ne to put on mass so now I’m turning to protein powders.

If I can get a reply from you or from any of you guys it’d be great!
    Thanks y’all.

@ProudBisexualMan the reason for taking supplements, especially whey protein, is because it is 1) convenient and 2) delivers to the body more quickly and has a higher biological value than lots of foods.

    Hi,
Thanks for the vid, it’s very helpful. How do i get myself a top, I can’t find anywhere on the site. Do you have to buy a product to get it because I’ve just bought some weight gain. Adam

you seem to know what you are talking about, its hard to get good information about these things even in health food shops so thanks. could you do a video like this but for creatine powders?

Do not do shakes. Do not use protein shakes. Dollar for dollar protein shakes are a ripoff. Simply eating approx 8-10 oz of cottage cheese will pack the same punch protein-wise. You can easily transport 4 or 5 containers of cottage cheese to work or wherever no problem. Shake mixes are gimmicks & hype. A can of tuna will do the same. You’ll see smart lifters & trainers loading their shopping cart in the dairy section of many a supermarket. Don’t reward hustlers by giving them your money!

Take off the music, most non native english speakers have a harder time to undesrstand some of the words (that i had to heard 2or 3 times before i got it) because of that background music, nice video!

    Thanks mate! :)

Yes, BSN Syntha 6 includes the same types of protein – it’s a little higher in carbs than the Myo, but if on a bulk or looking for a meal replacement…you could swap the two over :)

  • iluvfatchx

would syntha six be the same kind of protein like myofusion? and where can i find a 5k bag of the reflex whey concentrate. so for someone “bulking” which would u recommend the BLEND or WHEY CONCENTRATE?

  • neox1000

brilliant video, very informative. thanks alot!

  • BBWarehouseUK

The reflex has a good solid taste & is quite sweet, some more than others depending on which flavour you got.

I would say consistency wise they are a little thinner than the Myofusion but obviously they have slightly greater choice in flavours with Chocolate Mint being very popular.
There’s no real need to stick with just one flavour for all time and I would advise finding a couple you really like and just alternating between them as anything can become boring after too long :)

    @MrMuscle55

100 Gold Optimum is the best one. It’s extremely clean as it doesn’t contain artificial sweeteners which make your blood sugar go crazy. Also, it’s about $8 cheaper than Nitro-Tech at GNC.

  • MrMuscle55

hye, which protein is better?nitro-tech hardcore or 100 gold optimum?

  • kimaam

will that also help my abdominal muscles to get strong again since they tore and got weak and lose from my pregnancy 4 years ago:/

  • jreily88

Try eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. Also, try hemp protein. It is plant based, contains 20 amino acids, and is easier to digest than milk based proteins like whey. Also, blend your protein powder with either water or rice milk.

  • trayvis23

I am allergic to milk and soy.. also seafood, nuts, pinto beans… i have a hard time ingesting alot of protein.. im kind of limited to beef and chicken.. any ideas?
